The Lufkin Independent School District is accepting proposals for Electrician Services for district wide projects that are of a small to mid-size scope, to be performed at Lufkin ISD campus locations. These projects require the vendor to be secured on an as needed basis. The district may award multiple contractors, so please take this into consideration upon submitting a proposal. Please submit the Electrician Services Bid Form and bid solicitation forms with the Proposal. The bid may be awarded to multiple vendors and may be renewed for two (2) additional one-year extensions with the written consent of Lufkin ISD and the vendor. After the evaluation of all proposals are completed, a vendor may or may not be recommended to the Lufkin ISD Board of Trustees at a scheduled meeting. If approval is granted to award a/multiple vendor(s) by the Board of Trustees, a notification of award will be emailed to qualifying proposers. The Lufkin Independent School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the district. If additional information should be required, questions should be submitted, 5 business days prior to deadline of submittal, in writing by email to: trhobbs@lufkinisd.org.
