The City of Pearsall, Texas plans to apply for the upcoming Texas CDBG-MIT Regional Mitigation Program's Method of Distribution Development (CDBG MIT-MOD) programs from the Texas General Land Office (GLO). Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/Architectural Firm (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections for the proposed project to mitigate flooding and improve drainage within the City of Pearsall and surrounding area. These services are being solicited to assist the City in its application preparation and project implementation of a CDBG contract(s), if awarded, to support eligible activities in the City of Pearsall, Texas. The City of Pearsall reserves the right to negotiate with all individuals or firms that submit proposals. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals.
