The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for Kitchen Renovation at our Cobblestone 108 IRA located at 108 Cobblestone Terr, Newark, NY 14513. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 120 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of (Kitchen Remodel), before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. This is a NYS public works project and prevailing wages must be paid. All questions and answers will be e-mailed to all contractors that attended the mandatory site visit. The Agency reserves the right to make awards within (90) days or such longer period as shall be specified in the RFQ documents after the date of the RFQ deadline, during which period quotes shall not be withdrawn unless the bidder distinctly states in the quote that acceptance thereof must be made within a shorter specified time. If, however, an award is not affected within the ninety (90) day period, a quote shall remain firm until such later time as either a contract is awarded by the State or the contractor delivered to the Agency written notice of the withdrawal of the quote.
