Renovation of a detention facility in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Successful bidders shall perform the following: 1. Demo and remove all equipment 2. Install 2 walk in refrigerators and 1 walk in freezer. Approximately 1300 total SF. All dimensions to be field verified 3. Supply new walls and equipment a. provide 6 LED NSF rated lights in each section b. view ports in all doors c. stainless steel kick plates on both sides of doors d. closers on all doors e. finished walls are to be 26-gauge galvanized steel - color white stucco f. provide redundant compressors' and evaporative coolers for each section g. all fasteners on interior of building to be security stile 4. Owner will supply power to disconnects on each unit 5. Remove and reinstall fire sprinkler system 6. Work must be done in a 2 week / 14 day period. There will be a monetary penalty for time delays and will be negotiated at time of contract. Weber County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids, if to do so is in the best interest of the County.
