Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation invites you to bid on the Taylorsville Outdoor Pool-Pool Renovation located at 4914S. 2700 W. Taylorsville Utah per the attached specifications. Project includes Remove existing pool liner, repair damaged walls and tile, install new pool play features. Bonding Range : $350,000.00 - $400,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Any explanation desired by a Bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Project documents shall be submitted through the Online Solicitation System. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: B. Remediation of pool liner that has subsided. Existing liner to be removed, surfaces cleaned, New plaster & tile installed. Remove existing pool play structures as noted, revised piping to accept & install new pool play structures.
