This Request for Information (RFI) is being used to gather market research, to include the potential cost(s) to the SCVRD. SCVRD is seeking to find out more information about the options available for new security cameras, DVR's, and Access Control Hosting software. After reviewing the information submitted by vendors, a in person presentation of the proposed software solution may be requested by SCVRD. SCVRD is looking for information on equipment and software with the below desired features that also has compatibility with the current system(s) the agency is using. o Camrea system must integrate with Active Directory and Access Control
o Open platform to support a verity of cameras and that can easily scalable
o One management console that is user friendly. Preferably browser based so software doesn't have to be installed on each PC.
o IP Based camera system
o Access control will need to work with our existing equipment
o Lower total cost of ownership
o On premise solutions to reduce TCO and to conserve bandwidth
o Must support the latest video compression technologies to reduce storage and bandwidth
o Must be able to support approximately 500 or more cameras.
o Preferably no reoccurring licenses fees.
o Cameras have night vision capabilities.
o Preferably a system that sends system error notifications.
o 8 MP 4K or higher resolution
o Actual Outdoor Camera ex. Exterior Panoramic, Exterior Fixed Domes.
o Color nighttime camera
o Possible AI integration to make it easier to search for footage.
o User friendly training
o Have remote monitoring station for security guards.
