Cliff Avenue Sioux Falls, SD 57104 (605) 940-0343 The purpose of our work was to perform a Pre-Removal UST Assessment at the site. The scope of our work was limited to the following: Mobilizing a drill rig, crew and environmental technician to the site Contacting South Dakota One Call to mark known underground public utility lines at the site. Subcontracting a private utility locating company to mark privately owned underground utilities. Collecting soil samples from the borings and scanning the samples in the field with a photoionization detector (PID) for total organic vapors. Obtaining and submitting one soil sample from each boring to a chemistry laboratory for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes, MTBE, naphthalene, Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline, and Total Extractible Hydrocarbons (TEH) as diesel.
