The Project includes the following Work: The Trappe Sewage Pumping Station Upgrades Phase 1 project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of the following: a new pumping station at the South Main Street site and demolition of the existing pumping station, a new pumping station at the Lakeview site and demolition of the existing pumping station, and a new pumping station at the Rumsey Drive site and demolition of the existing pumping station. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals, and shall perform all construction operations required to completely finish all of the work to the satisfaction of the Owner and the Engineer. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term iron and steel products means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials.
