The Contractor shall be responsible for removal of the existing asphalt court and surrounding fence and installation of a concrete post-tensioned court and surrounding fence. The project shall complete no later than June 14, 2024. The City of Brighton seeks the proposal of qualified firms for the demolition, design, and installation of one (1) post-tensioned tennis court including pickleball lines and surrounding fence located at BJAA Park (physical address: 1200 E Longs Peak Street Brighton, Colorado 80601). The completed project will provide a safe, durable, long lasting playing surface for the citizens of Brighton to enjoy at their leisure. The project is a replacement of the current asphalt court and surrounding fence. The Contractor shall be required to remove the existing court and fence in addition to haul away of the demolition debris before construction of the new court can begin.
