This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to design, build, and install a new HVAC System, conduct a complete electric re-wire, and remove two basement oil tanks located at the Carter House, and replace an underground oil tank with an above ground tank at the Gittings Baldwin house associated with Gunpowder Falls State Park in Baltimore County. Carter House: 7200 Graces Quarters Road, Middle River, MD 21220 Gittings- Baldwin House: 13717 Baldwin Mill Road, Baldwin, MD 21013 If the State of Maryland or other regulatory body requires a license or certificate to perform the services required, please provide the copy of license number and date of issuance in submission with other required documentation. The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $250.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions".
