Intent: The work under this Contract consists of clearing and grubbing, including removal of large vegetation, and reshaping to reestablish ditch line on SR 5/US 1 in New Smyrna Beach, Volusia County. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. It is only necessary to submit the Small Business Affidavit (SBA) form once per year.
