Black River Technical College is soliciting responses from interested firms to provide Architectural and related Engineering Services for the following project: Law Enforcement Training Academy Barracks - BRTC RFQ NO. 2024-01 posted at website Written responses (3 hard copies and 1 digital) will be considered if received by 10:00 a.m. on December 15, 2023. All respondents will be notified of the results by email. Written responses shall include: 1. Proof of licensure in the State of Arkansas 2.
