Site work for a mixed-use development in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
City of Maple Ridge invites bids from experienced firms for the construction of a new playground at Maple Ridge Park located at 13180 232 St. Maple Ridge, BC. The work generally consists of the supply and installation of a new playground and all associated site works, removals, and site restorations. Removal of older playground structures as identified and protection of those that have been selected for retention. Resilient rubber surfacing and engineered wood fibre surfacing. Connection of a small water play feature to existing water services in park. Grading and drainage, to connect to the City’s storm sewer. Path reconfiguration and paving. Tree removals, protection of retained trees surrounding the site and the access route, and tree planting. Reinstatement of all access routes including the establishment of any disturbed grass, or other damages caused by construction activities.
