Pavement widening on SR 91 northbound adjacent to the service plaza and reconstruction of northbound ramps is included in the Contract. Additional work includes relocation and reconstruction of utility services, roadway and parking lot lighting, signing and pavement markings, drainage and stormwater management system, and ITS infrastructure.
