Remodeling and renovation of a multi-residential development in Springfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,008-square-foot multi-residential development; and for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity; payment of not less than the prevailing salaries and wages; and tax-exempt status for all Federal, State, Local, and/or Excise Taxes, as set forth in the Contract Documents, that must be adhered to on this project. Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding that does not materially alter the bid item. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority.
