A single Contract will be concluded following this call for tenders, for a duration of three (3) years and a maximum value of $2.9M, as indicated in article 3.1 Table of Certain Contractual Terms. The project management team of the successful Bidder will be responsible for the construction projects entrusted to it and must provide the services as provided for in these Tender Documents, in particular in article 2.1 (Detailed description of the services to be provided) and including the coordination and administration of all aspects related to the management of these construction projects, including, in particular and without limitation, those relating to all services required during the preparation of the functional and technical program , the development of the concept, the preliminary and final files, the tender phase, the administration phase of the construction works and commissioning. The successful Bidder must provide the manpower required to ensure the proper execution of the projects assigned to it. Personnel assigned to the execution of the Contract must be assigned exclusively to Concordia for the duration of their assignment. Through this call for tenders, Concordia seeks to secure a relationship with a project management firm that will be available, efficient and responsive, while offering a variety of expertise in a context where market conditions, both in hand work than in construction, are volatile.
