Site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a 287-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; for the renovation of a 5,749-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The Work consists of addition and renovation to an existing fire station. The locker and restroom facilities will be renovated and expanded. Accessibility improvements are planned in various areas throughout the building and site. The Work includes: Partial building demolition, Site clearing, excavating, grading, Site storm sewer. Site sanitary sewer. Domestic water service. Hot-mix asphalt paving. Concrete paving. Fences. Lawns and grasses. Concrete foundations and floor slabs. Wood roof trusses. Wood roof sheathing. Wood framed walls. Interior Architectural Millwork (custom). Metal roof panels. Standing seam metal roofing. Aluminum windows. Aluminum storefront framing. Aluminum entrance systems. Steel doors and frames. Ceramic tile. Carpet. Paint. Epoxy coatings. Specialties, including: Interior signs. Exterior signs. Metal Lockers. Equipment, including: TV Equipment brackets. Residential appliances. Furnishings, including: Wood casework. Granite Countertops. Plumbing work. Heating, ventilating and air conditioning work. Electrical work. Fire Alarm System. Security system.
