The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of 2 multi-residential developments. As of December 26, 2023, a construction manager been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Subcontractors with Contracts of $322,661 or more will be required to submit a SET ASIDE affirmative action plan demonstrating your good faith efforts to meet the 25% set aside goals for everything you are not self performing (i.e., materials, subcontracts, non-trade services). State of CT is funding 15.50% of the total project funding
