The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the maintenance required for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM), Dam embankment, and mowing services at select stormwater lots. The scope of work includes specialized maintenance specific on various types of SCMs and may include but is not limited to mowing, weed removal/invasives control, sediment/trash removal, tree and shrub maintenance, soil tests, and mulching.
