Cattail Creek Rt 2 FM Replacement/Rehabilitation. The Work includes the following major items: The installation of approximately 17,000 linear feet of 24" and 36" HDPE DR 17 linear, replacement of six (6) Air Release Valves and five (5) Blow Off Valves, two (2) odor control units, traffic control, and bypass installation and removal. The Right is Hereby Reserved to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities, as The Interests of the County May Require. The cost range for the Project is above $3,000,000. The Work includes the following major items: Generator replacement and installation of new generators at five (5) Wastewater Pump Stations. Work includes replacement of automatic transfer switches and electrical work at facilities. Salvage of existing generators and automatic transfer switches is by the Contractor. Some facilities require structural modifications, fuel system modifications, HVAC modifications, and concrete pads for equipment. liquidated damages in case the contract, performance bond, and labor and materials bonds are not executed within ten (10) days after receiving the contract for execution. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond acceptable to the County for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, payable to Anne Arundel County, Maryland; and unless so accompanied, the bid will not be considered.
