Golden's Bridge Fire District is Accepting Sealed Bids for General Lawn Maintenance and Snow and Ice Removal at the Golden's Bridge Fire House Located at 254 Waccabuc Road, Golden's Bridge, Ny 10526. Each Proposal Must Contain Separate Bid Price Quotes for the General Lawn Maintenance Aspect and the Snow and Ice Removal Aspect of the Bid. In Addition, All Bids as to the Snow and Ice Removal Aspect Must Also Contain Separate Price Quotes for (a) Seasonal Snow and Ice Removal Amount; and (B) Per-plow Snow and Ice Removal Amount. The Fire District Shall Be the Sole Judge as to Whether Any Bid Complies With the Intent of the Specifications, and as Such, Will Award the Contract to the Bidder Who Offers the General Lawn Maintenance and Snow and Ice Removal Combination That is Most Advantageous to the Needs of the Fire District. Bids Must Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope and Each Bid Shall Bear on the Face Thereof, the Name and Address of the Bidder and Be Clearly Identified as "General Lawn Maintenance and Snow/ice Removal Bid". The Fire District Reserves the Right to Waive Any Irregularities or Informalities in Any Bid, to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids, to Award the Contract to Other Than the Lowest Bidder or to Advertise Anew, if in the Judgment of the Golden's Bridge Fire District, It is in Their Best Interests to Do So. Each Bidder Will Be Required in Its Submission of a Sealed Proposal to Comply With the Contents of "Instructions to Bidders" and All Applicable Laws of the State of New York Relative to the Preparation and Submission of Bids. Bids Must Also Include Proof of Insurance and a Non collusion Bid Certification, Which Must Be Submitted With Each Bid.
