Lennox School District of Los Angeles County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as District, will receive up to, but not later than, the above stated proposal deadline, sealed proposals at the place identified above for the award of a contract for Bid No. 2324:005 LMSTA Roof Replacement. Bidders will be responsible for reproducing all documents related to this RFP . It is each bidder's sole responsibility to ensure its RFP is timely delivered and received at the location designated as specified above. Any RFPs received at the designated location after the scheduled closing time for receipt of RFPs shall be returned to the bidder unopened. Contractors' License Classification. Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code, and be licensed to perform the work called for in the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active Class C39 License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of this Contract. Questions Shall Be Received By December 19, 2023, 12:00pm. Time is of the essence. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the bidding process. The award of the Contract, if made by the District, will be by action of the Governing Board. No bidder may withdraw any proposal for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the opening of the proposals.
