Site work for a road / highway in Elkins, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City of Elkins is requesting bids for a prime contractor to manage the procurement, installation, and finishing of four (4) identical Welcome to Elkins signs along roads leading into the city. Demolition/removal of existing signs will be contracted separately and is not part of this RFP. A design for both the front and back of these signs has been selected. Installation sites have been identified and are approved by West Virginia DOH.
