It has been determined that the EBE goal for THIS PROJECT is 10% of the Contract Price The funding source for this project is Stormwater and Water Utility Revenue. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Huffman Ph II Stormwater and Water Main Improvements - 4th Street as follows: The installation of approximately 450 linear feet of 24" storm sewer, 500 linear feet of 12" water main, associated structures, appurtenances, and restoration. All in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by the City Utilities Engineering Department, City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The QuestCDN eBidDoc Number for this project is: 8915515 No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders.
