Teslin River and Lewes River bridges on Alaska Highway # 1, at Km 1295 and km 1393. TIMELINE: Request for proposals from strategic engineering and comprehensive structural analysis, has been issued by the owner. The tasks to be conducted on the Teslin River and Lewes River Bridges involve detailed inspections, comprehensive structural evaluations and rehabilitation strategies. For the Teslin River Bridge, scope of work involves a complete condition assessment, including a thorough field and underwater inspection, engineering analyses, maintenance needs evaluation, development of an in-depth repair strategy for piers and a Life Cycle Cost Analysis for the entire structure. For the Lewes River Bridge, scope of work involves detailed site inspection of the central pier, followed by an in-depth repair strategy. *The work will be done in the Communities of Teslin and Whitehorse and the Traditional Territories of the Teslin Tlingit Council, Ta'an Kwach'an Council, and Kwanlin Dun First Nation.
