This project shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and performing all construction in connection with the installation of a complete gasoline and diesel fuel facility. Payments will be made after items or services have been received in accordance with the award. Smith County reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid received and to waive any irregularities or formalities in the best interest of Smith County. Bid Bond is required. Smith County Commissioners Court reserves the right to make all final decisions. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. This project is being funded in whole or in part using funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
