Woodlawn Park Basketball Court and Bathroom Replacement The project consists of the construction of approximately 490 SY of concrete basketball court surfacing, including two (2) basketball goals, and the replacement of a two (2) person bathroom facility. Other items included in this project are the installation of 40 SY of 5 width concrete sidewalk, and 230 LF of 1 water service tubing for bathroom. Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online MCE Plan Holders List; therefore, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the MCE online in order to be included in the Plan Holders List and submit a bid. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers in the Proposal to verify receipt. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Section 102 of the Standard Specifications. All bidders must be licensed under the terms of Act 150 of the 1965 Acts of the Arkansas Legislature, including subsequent amendments. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening hereof.
