Site work for a water / sewer project in The Colony, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work consists of removal and replacement of an existing 24" sanitary sewer line that crosses a United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) area generally connecting Ragan Place with Wilcox Dr. and being an easterly tributary of Lake Lewisville. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, traffic control, demolition, debris removal, excavation, shoring, installation, steel casing pipe, structural cast in place concrete piers and pipe support structures, backfill and testing of approximately 420' of 24" sanitary sewer and replacement/installation of two concrete sanitary sewer manholes, stream bank stabilization consisting of minor regrading and rock riprap installation, and any other work necessary for a complete and in place sewer replacement as noted in the plans and specifications.
