This procurement will result in an annual contract, substantially similar to the attached Sample Contract. Any deviations from the specifications must be clearly noted by the Bidder. This project shall consist of providing hazardous and non-hazardous environmental clean-up and restoration at various sites throughout the district on as needed basis and for use in the event of a hurricane, natural disasters, or emergency such as Fire, Flood and Vandalism etc. The successful bidder shall act as a first responder to the Board. In the event of a named storm, the successful bidder shall be in communications with the the District's Contract Representative, Mr. Randy West at (912) 395-5563, or his designee at least five (5) days before a named storm is scheduled to impact the Chatham County area.
