This project is funded partially by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). There has been no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal set for this project; however, DBE participation is strongly encouraged, wherever possible. The County intends to award a single contract for the identified scope of services to the most qualified respondent.
