The City of Florence is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors to make renovations at 320 S. Gaillard Street. Question Deadline 12/26/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The respondent shall perform or provide any and all professional services related to the project and obtain all required permits and licenses. Respondent represents that all tasks will be performed in accordance with generally acceptable professional standards and further represents that the advice and consultation provided shall be within its authority and capacity as a professional. Respondent will comply with the regulations, laws, ordinances and requirements of all governmental impact applicable to assigned project. SPECIFICATIONS 1. Remove old shingles and replace with 30-year dimensional shingles to include underlayment water shield and proper roof ventilation. 2. Install vinyl siding and facing entire home, replace bad wood underneath. 3. Update all interior and exterior electrical wiring to code (200 amp) and replace all wall outlet receptacles, update lighting an add two ceiling fans. 4. Update interior plumbing to include new sinks and toilets throughout home. 5. Paint entire interior of home to include repairing any imperfections in walls and ceilings. 6. Replace HVAC system with a 3 ton - 14 Seer System update duct work. 7. Replace flooring to luxury vinyl plank flooring ad sub-flooring to level out entire home 8. Remove old concrete and install 6" thick (to code) concrete driveway. 9. Install sod, shrubbery and mulch to landscape front yard. 10. Remove fence around exterior of yard. 11. Replace wood on front porch and install new steps and add four columns.
