Vendor must provide all equipment and employees required to install, setup, configure services, and assist in migrating LRWRA from its current WAN product to ensure minimal downtime during the transition. B. The vendor must provide connectivity which meets or exceeds the Committed Information Rate (CIR) and Port Speeds to the eight (8) locations in the metro Little Rock, AR area as indicated in the table below. The vendor must provide high levels of reliability, monitoring, security, service, service levels, network functionality, consistency, and expandability at a reasonable cost. C. Vendor must meet or exceed all requirements and specifications as set forth in this solicitation. LRWRA shall have the right amend specifications and requirements, to add or remove service locations, and to add or remove any services offered by the vendor under the scope of this contract, based on revisions in federal, State, and/or local regulations, or as determined to be in the best interest of LRWRA. Vendor and LRWRA shall come to a written agreement regarding negotiated cost for such changes. D. LRWRA shall have the right to assess damages which shall be deducted from the payment for goods. At the sole discretion of LRWRA, damages may be assessed based on vendor's failure to meet the requirements of this contract. E. All work under the scope of this contract shall be performed in a skillful and workmanlike manner using industry best practices to provide quality, uniformed and professional results. Vendor represents and warrants that the service offered shall meet or exceed requirements and specifications expressed in this contract.
