Renovation of an educational facility in Tomball, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this scope of work is to seek proposals for Retrofitting the outdated Tomball fire systems from Johnson Controls (JCI IFC- 3030) to EST4. JCI smoke detectors and duct detectors for the current system are obsolete and parts for the fire alarm control panel are very limited and expensive. Additionally, The College's standard in-building mass notification system to transmit mass notification emergency communications is integrated into EST fire alarm control panels using the Fireworks Incident Management Platform.
