Demolition and site work for a residential development in Coal Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The project area of this Site Preparation Contract consists of the following general areas and are the three (3) contracts 1412 West Arch Street, Coal Township, PA 1003 West Spruce Street, Coal Township, PA 1113 & 1115 West Water Street, Coal Township, PA This contract involves the demolition of three (3) structures throughout Coal Township. A total of three (3) contracts will receive bids for consideration. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, certified check or cashier's check, in favor of the Township, in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality in and to accept or reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60-days, with the right to extend that time to 120-days if additional time is needed. Bidders must submit with their bids the Non-Collusion Affidavit contained in the contract documents. The contract documents contain requirements addressing nondiscrimination in hiring practices, goals for minority and female participation, MBE and WBE participation, participation by Section 3 residents and businesses and related matters.
