Description

Renovation of a military facility in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

This project will replace all outdated Mechanical and Refrigeration equipment and systems at the Charleston NWS Commissary. This includes the refrigeration system, refrigeration display cases, Refrigeration Monitoring and Control System (RMCS), compressor racks, condensing units, unit coolers in the walk-in freezers and coolers, and all associated refrigerant piping. Replace outdated HVAC systems and equipment, including air handlers, chillers, condensing, dehumidification, and controls. Tentative dates Issuing invitations: Dec 20, 2023 Opening bids: Jan 22, 2024 Completing contract performance: Jan 16, 2026 Plans will be available for inspection without charge in SAM.gov. Date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted to be addressed in the solicitation. There are no charges or fees for solicitation documents. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
