**As of January 12, 2024, project was awarded to SHF International LLC. but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Henderson, Nevada, ("City") is soliciting responses from qualified firms to disconnect, transport, and reinstall one (1) City-Owned modular building to another City-Owned property. The building is currently located at Fire Station 95, located at 2300 Pebble Road, Henderson, Nevada. The new location is the Debra March Center of Excellence, located at 2200 Via Inspirada, Henderson, Nevada. Contractor shall perform all Work and provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to disconnect, transport and reinstall one (1) modular building in accordance with Exhibit A, Fire Station 92 Temporary Building Plans, and Exhibit B, Man Camp Plans. a. Selective demolition of the current installation of the modular building (that can be separated into three (3) sections for transport), transporting the modules, and deploying a turnkey relocation/reinstallation in-kind at the new site, including foundation work and utility connections. Services shall include all municipal and utility permitting/coordination for a complete facility. b. Contractor will make modifications to the gas stub for barbecue grill and removal and replacement of existing HVAC components with three (3) minisplit systems with seven (7) wall-mounted cassettes. c. The City has prepared a site permit package (for the temporary utilities, site grading, and modular building foundations) and the temporary building permit package for the modular building. The Contractor will be responsible for pulling the permit and scheduling the necessary inspections for occupancy
