AMENDMENT 0002: Solicitation amended to correct the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at 1.5.10, to correct the Contract Specialist's phone in the 52.212-1 Addendum (highlighted), to extend the question and answ er period, and to add an optional site visit on 10 April 2024. This is a non-personal services contract to provide HVAC Maintenance and Repair. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide maintenance and repair of HVAC systems for Fort Knox as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this Solicitation. All Services will be performed on/at Fort Knox, KY 40121. Original Set Aside: Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13) AMENDMENT 0001: Solicitation amended to add Paragraph A.17 to the Addendum 52.212-1 Questions concerning this IFB shall be submitted in writing via email and received no later than 1:30 PM EDT (Ft. Knox Local), 5 April 2024 to allow a written response prior to bid opening date. No remarks or written responses to questions by government personnel shall change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of this IFB. The solicitation can only be changed by a formal written amendment issued by MICC - Fort Knox, Kentucky.
