Description of Work: This federally funded American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) project will include the installation of a prefabricated restroom and site updates in the public space at the corner of Rankin Avenue and College Street in downtown Asheville, located adjacent to the Rankin Avenue Garage. A small new plaza space, new sidewalk, new lighting (by others), and new landscaping are included in the design.
