This work includes the removal of the existing surface coarse, full depth base work, prime coating and new HMAC surface course. BID GUARANTEE: Evidencing its firm commitment to engage in the contract if Bidder is selected for award of contract, each Bidder is required to furnish with their proposal a Cashiers Check, or an acceptable Bidders Bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total contract price. The Bidders Bond must be executed with a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas. Failure to furnish the bid/proposal guarantee in the proper form and amount, by the time set for opening of bids may be cause or rejection of the proposal.
