Renovation of a medical facility in Haliburton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,929-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
This bidding opportunity is for the provision of general contracting services to perform interior alterations for CT Suite with an ultrasound room, and to install a rooftop air handling unit at Haliburton Hospital located at 7199 Gelert Road, PO Box 115, Haliburton ON K0M 1S0, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this RFT. The successful Bidder will renovate the existing physiotherapy area to accommodate CT Scan, associated control room and washroom, as well as Ultrasound room and other supporting areas as per the specifications and drawings. Lead shielding is required around the CT Scan room as described in the drawings. Access to the work zone can be directly from outside, preventing routine access through the building.
