This is a public synopsis of a forthcoming solicitation in accordance with FAR 36.213-2. This is NOT a solicitation, and no solicitation documents are currently publicly available. This pre-solicitation notice is for Request for Quote Number 36C24224Q0114 - Project. No. SL-24-002NY Sink for Police Break Room at the Margaret Cochran Corbin Campus; New York Harbor Healthcare System Manhattan located at 423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010. This project will be 100% Set-Aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Competition for this procurement is restricted to verified SBA Cert SERVICE- DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) Contractors. The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in https://veterans.certify.sba.gov. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238990 All Other Specialty Contractors, with a Size Standard of $19 million IAW VAAR 852.219-10 the VetCert (formerly VIP listed) SDVOSB. Prospective Contractor is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work. The estimate price range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of the Sink for Police Break Room 1094C project includes but is not limited to shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, safety, necessary to install new stainless Sink(18X18X12), for room 1094C on the first floor. PROJECT COMPLETION: Contractor to start immediately after receiving the Notice to Proceed and completion required in 60 calendar days. Prospective contractors must be registered and certified online with SBA VetCert https://veterans.certify.sba.gov and must be registered at https://www.sam.gov in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 to be eligible for award. A site visit held for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the site visit will be included in the solicitation document.
