**As of February 21, 2024, the project is canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** This Project is Federally Funded. The RTC Has Established a Mandatory DBE Goal of 11.8% for This Contract. A Requirement of the Contract Includes a Certification That the Proponent is Not Currently Engaged in and Agrees for the Duration of the Contract Not to Engage in a Boycott of Israel The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for the procurement and installation of standalone solar lighting sources at 750 bus stops in the City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, and Boulder City jurisdictions. The light assembly, standalone poles, and hardware must be made rugged and durable enough to withstand all local weather conditions and minor vandalism. The light will serve a dual purpose of providing security lighting in dark locations while still illuminating the bus stop identification sign. An additional 25 sets of complete standalone solar lighting source units will be provided as stock and delivered to RTC's Sunset Maintenance Facility located at 5165 W.
