Reference Number 0000260826 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/15 02:00:00 PM EST 1.1 the Work Consists of as and When Required Labour and Material for Hardwood Repairs, Including the Installation of Small Amounts of Unfinished Hardwood, and Refinishing Services in Tenant Occupied and Non-occupied Housing Units. Och's Locations Are Identified in Schedule H - Location of Work. 1.2 on Average, Och Spends Approximately $250k Per Year on Repairs and Refinishing of Hardwood Flooring. 1.3 on Occasion, Contractors May Be Asked to Sand and Refinish Other Hardwood Surfaces Including, but Not Limited to, Handrails, Cabinetry, Half Wall Caps, Thresholds, Window Ledges, Etc. 1.4 Pricing for These Services Shall Be Inclusive of All Installation (Including All Transition Pieces, Reducer Strips, "T"-moldings, Thresholds, or Quarter Shoe Molding That May Be Required), Disposal, Products and Materials, Labour, Supervision, Tools, Equipment, Deficiency Correction, Moving of Appliances, All Travel Time to and From the Work Site, Transport/trucking Fees, and All Other Costs Related to the Performance of the Work. 1.5 if Work With Designated Substances is Required (Asbestos) Please Inform the Och Representative Immediately. The Work Will Be Re-directed to a Vendor That is Certified to Work With Asbestos Containing Materials (Acm). 1.6 the Cost for Subfloor Repair May Be Invoiced Separated as Per Schedule E Pricing, Table a - Services. 1.7 Och Properties Have a Variety of Hardwood Products Installed. All Repairs and Refinishing Must Match as Closely as Possible to the Original Product. The Contract term will be for three (3) years (the "Term") with the option for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions.
