This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is issued by NPC to select firms for the purpose of establishing a Vendor of Record List ("VOR List") for the provision of professional heating, ventilation, air conditioning ("HVAC") and sheet metal services, across NPC's properties, on an "as required" basis. The VOR arrangement is not a guarantee for work and is not an exclusive arrangement. The process to select firms for the purposes of establishing the VOR List will commence with the issuance of this RFQ and will terminate when NPC identifies Vendors of Record to establish the VOR List for the Services. More detailed requirements are set out in the Specifications Schedule. An earlier RFQ issued by NPC on December 1, 2023, resulted in securing (3) vendors of record. NPC wishes to re-post in order to satisfy NPC's forecasted demand for the Services. Questions Due Date: Feb 7th 2024, 12:00 PM EST
