The Village of Burns Lake (Village) is seeking proposals for the supply and commissioning of an aeration diffuser system to aerate Cell #3 and Cell #4 of the Burns Lake wastewater treatment plant. The system will be purchased by the Village and installed by a general contractor employed under a separate contract. The intent of this request for proposal is to obtain information on equipment and services proposed within the scope of supply, to assist the Village in selecting a system that provides the best value to the Village of Burns Lake.
