Low Bidder: Tazmania Demolition & Construction Services LLC, $267,211.29 For construction contracts over $50,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. then publicly opened and read for furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of "Phase I Clearing and Grubbing in Two Step Farm". The project is located within western Montgomery County and is part of Montgomery County M.U.D. No. 153. Its is bounded approximately east of Corolla Road, north of Boars Head Road and Palmetto Road, west of Wilderness, and south of Grand Lake Estates Drive The project is in Montgomery County, Key Map 184-V, 184-Y, 184-Z, and 185-S. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities.
