Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Ann, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. All checks shall be made payable to the City of St. Ann. The Scope of Work involves the application of ultrathin bonded overlay to asphaltic surfaces on approximately 19,900 square yards) of residential streets and the selective replacement of approximately 1,350 LF of concrete roll curb & gutter in the City of St. Ann. The following quantities of concrete curb & gutter will be replaced: . St. Dismas Ct. (cul-de-sac) 60 LF . St. Veronica Ct. (cul-de-sac) 150 LF . Gertrude Ave. (cul-de-sac) 160 LF . Bernice Ave. (dead end) 120 LF . Ivan Ave. (dead end) 80 LF . Orchard Ave. (dead end) 50 LF . St. Xavier Ln. 700 LF Not less than the prevailing hourly rates of wages as found by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri, or determined by court on appeal, shall be paid to all workers performing work under this Contract. Payments for work completed shall be processed and paid on a monthly basis. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City. Bidders may request clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents by making a written request which shall reach the City Question Deadline 01/12/2024
