Services include, but are not limited to: Working with the Owner during the design to provide design and cost estimates for renovations to the exterior of the Public Services buildings; Value engineering, bid procurement package preparation and distribution to subcontractors; negotiations with subcontractors; Evaluation, suggestions and recommendations for cost effective construction methods and techniques; Award for procurement of materials and subcontractor services in cooperation with the Owner; and Construction including furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, etc., associated with the construction.
