Reference number: 20008300 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-08-02 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 3 Description 1.1 PURPOSE OF CALL FOR TENDERS Through this call for tenders, the City of Sept-Îles is requesting bids for the final capping of cells 14 and 16 at the engineered landfill site (LET). Briefly, the work involves final capping, including the installation of a granular base, the use of a polyethylene geomembrane and a geotextile, followed by a granular protection layer and seeding. In addition, biogas collection wells will have to be installed during construction. Finally, the project includes earthworks and other ancillary works. Delivery schedule : SCHEDULE OF WORK Work must be completed, have received provisional acceptance from the City, within a maximum of 9 consecutive weeks from the City's authorization to begin work.
