The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment needed to remove and dispose of an old grease trap cover, and to provide and install a new grease trap cover. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. The contractor shall be responsible for the verification of all requirements for this project. All measurements and conditions must be verified by the contractor prior to starting work. A site visit shall not be conducted prior to contract award. Dimensions identified in the SOW may require minor adjustments after field verification. Place of Performance: Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility, 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas, 76711, at Building 202. Period of Performance: Sixty (60) Days After Receipt of Order The contractor shall remove and dispose of old grease trap cover and provide and install a new grease trap cover in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW). Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government, in writing via email only no later than 4:00 PM CST, December 18, 2023.
